By calling (470) 470-7335, you agree to receive follow-up text messages from Holly & Home (Holly & Home Services LLC) about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.

Terms

  1. Program name and sender. Holly & Home Missed-Call Follow-Up. Messages are sent by Holly & Home Services LLC, doing business as Holly & Home, from (470) 470-7335.
  2. How you opt in. You opt in only by calling (470) 470-7335. If we miss your call, a recorded message tells you a text is coming, and we send a follow-up text to the number that called us. We do not text numbers that did not call us, and we do not obtain phone numbers from third parties.
  3. What we send. Messages about your inquiry only: a follow-up to your missed call, replies to questions you text us, and, if you would like, help scheduling a consultation. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.
  4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry.
  5. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  6. Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you reply START to opt back in.
  7. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hollyandhomellc@gmail.com or (470) 470-7335.
  8. Consent is not required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service from Holly & Home.
  9. Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  10. Privacy. Your phone number and SMS opt-in information are used only to respond to your inquiry. See Text Messaging Privacy below and our full Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information collected through this program is used only by Holly & Home to respond to your inquiry.
